Proteksan-Turquoise Yachts Inc. is a yacht building company, established by the two leaders of Turkish Boat building Industry; Proteksan Yachts Inc. and Turquoise Yacht Construction. This union constituted the pioneer of luxury yacht builders in Turkey with worldwide recognition and impressive fleet at sea.

Proteksan - Turquoise Yachts Inc. was established in 1997 to start building the 50 meter M/Y Mosaique. Following the success of Mosaique, 10 other mega yachts, ranging from 40 to 58 meters have been delivered to their owners.

In 2005, a company, Celik Yat, fully owned by partners was founded in Kocaeli Free Zone with the aim of producing the hulls and superstructures. After the steel and aluminium work is completed in Çelikyat, the vessels are transferred to Proteksan Turquoise Shipyard where the interior decoration and rest of the work is done.
In 2007 Proteksan Turquoise moved to its new facilities in Pendik with a capacity of 4 yachts up to 80 meters.

The two new facilities jointly will allow Proteksan Turquoise to reach a capacity to deliver 3 top class yachts every year.
